There is a tight right turn immediately before this bridge - hence its name.

Shackerstone village is to the left and has 'The Rising Sun' public house with restaurant.

The Shackerstone Steam Railway station (northern terminus of The Battle Line) is over the bridge a few hundred yards to the right.
